Some of us think that the entire world is merry and bright when the holidays come around. But when you are dealing with grief (sometimes known as unmet expectations). When you’re dealing with grief, how can find light and color in the darkness? You can.

Since 2016, Jon and his three kids have had to get through every season (birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas) without Krissy. Here he shares some ways that have helped him through - from “gathering up” days to loving small - and in between there’s a pretty fascinating real life story about a pack of wolves that changed everything. Including Jon’s heart.
